Our clients relocated to the Sunshine Coast purchasing a small beachside property with the intention to renovate as the style and floor plan did not meet their needs. The house was closed off with tight hallways, lacked the extra bedroom and storage space they needed, had outdated facilities and little to no space to entertain.

our solution

We worked with the client to completely redesign the whole house adhering to strict council guidelines. We transformed the internal garage into a master bedroom, extended and opened the living space creating an open plan layout. As the client's desire was a modern feel for their new home, this was achieved with stone benchtops throughout, high end fixtures and fittings and hybrid timber flooring.
